Recently-added compression methods

An LZO algorithm is included in the current 0.4 patches, thanks primarily to Chris Old and secondarily to Jan Rêkorajski.

A bzip-derived algorithm is now included in e2compr, thanks primarily to Julian Seward, who has done a lot of work on making it more suitable to e2compr's needs. The compression ratio is not as impressive as for the bzip2 program, because e2compr currently uses relatively small cluster sizes (32KB versus the bzip2 program's 900kB). Nevertheless, for many text files, the bzip algorithm compresses to 10--15% smaller than gzip9.
